To set up the Salesforce-HiRaiser integration for your organization:
Please have your Salesforce administrator create a temporary administrator login ("Production" type, not "Sandbox") for team@HiRaiser.com in your Salesforce org account so we can configure our integration.
This should be a separate temporary user, not your own login.
Our team will then reach out to move the process forward.
After we complete the setup and testing of the integration, it should be possible to disable the new user if necessary.
Notes:
- You must be using Salesforce Org (Salesforce's platform for nonprofits)
- If your Salesforce environment is heavily customized, additional development work may be required to align the integration. This goes beyond standard field mapping – your data model and structure differ from the default setup, so the integration must be adapted accordingly. The base Salesforce integration can still be implemented, but any requirements that fall outside the standard configuration will require custom development to support your specific setup.
