There are two types of emails sent when a donation or pledge is received:
Admin Notification: The email addresses specified in the campaign settings will receive an email notification from HiRaiser for each donation or pledge. (PayPal payments result in two notifications, a “payment pending” notification when the donor submits the donate form on the campaign page, and a second notification confirming the payment.)
Donor Acknowledgment Email

Missing Notification Emails - SPAM
HiRaiser admin notifications are sent to you from notifications@hiraiser.com. It is best to add this email to your contacts and/or to your email server/client whitelist so the messages do not go to spam. (Also, marking an email as “not spam” or “not junk” in your email program may resolve the issue, depending on which program you are using.)
Organizing Notifications
To avoid these messages cluttering your inbox, you may want to create a filtering rule that will automatically move these messages to a separate folder.
