Admin Email Notifications
When are notification emails received?
For every donation, pledge or other submission that is received (e.g., RSVPs, contact form) the he email address(es) specified in the account or campaign settings will receive an email notification from HiRaiser. (PayPal payments result in two notifications, a “payment pending” notification when the donor submits the donate form on the campaign page, and a second notification confirming the payment.)
How do I set who receives notifications?
1. Account Settings
In the dropdown menu at the top right next to your name/logo, select Account Settings.
Enter the email address(es) into the Send Admin email notifications to field.
This will be the default for all campaigns.
2. Campaign Settings
If you want to override the account default and specify who receives email notifications for a specific campaign:
Go to the Settings tab for the campaign.
In the Email Settings section, enter the email address(es) into the Send Admin email notifications to field.
This will override the default settings – enter ALL the emails that should receive notifications for this campaign, even if they are already part of the default Account Settings.

Donor Acknowledgment Email
In addition to the above system notification that you receive, the donor receives an automated, customized Thank You Email from your organization.
The content and settings for this email is set in the Content tab, in the Acknowledgement Email section.

Team Notifications
For Peer-to-Peer (Teams) campaigns, team admins can receive notifications about donations made through their personalized fundraising page.
The setting to enable Team email notifications for individual Teams is found in the Teams > Participant Profile tab.
You can also set to receive notifications when specific teams are close to reaching their goal (in order to decide whether to increase the goal before it is reached). The Teams > Settings tab.
Troubleshooting
Missing Notification Emails - SPAM
HiRaiser admin notifications are sent to you from notifications@hiraiser.com. It is best to add this email to your contacts and/or to your email server/client whitelist so the messages do not go to spam. (Also, marking an email as “not spam” or “not junk” in your email program may resolve the issue, depending on which program you are using.)
Organizing Notifications
To avoid these messages cluttering your inbox, you may want to create a filtering rule that will automatically move these messages to a separate folder. Or you can create a separate mailbox for notifications.
