HiRaiser is not (yet) a full CRM, but it has some powerful capabilities to give you insights about your Donors.

Lapsed Donors (aka "skipped" donors)

Identifies individuals who previously contributed to your organization but have not made a donation within a specific timeframe.

Example: A list of donors who gave last year, but not this year

Purpose:

- Donor retention analysis

- Reach out with targeted messaging

New Donors

Identifies individuals who contributed to your organization within a recent timeframe.

Example: A list of new donors in the last 3 month.

Purpose:

- Donor acquisition analysis

- Reach out with a special thank you

- Identify prospects for cultivation

Important Note on Accuracy

The accuracy of these reports depends on:

Data Completeness. These Reports are based on donations processed via or entered into HiRaiser. If someone donated via a different method and the data was not entered into HiRaiser, the Donor data will be incomplete.
Data Integrity. If the donor used a different name or email address for different donations, HiRaiser might not be able to connect the two donations to the same donor. (To fix this, edit the Donor ID on one of the donations to match the other.)

If you accidentally reach out to someone, apologize and explain it was a technical mistake, and thank them for their donation.

Generate a Lapsed Donors (Skip) Report

In the HiRaiser admin main navigation, click Donors

In the Lapsed Donors: Filter by Last donation field, enter the date range you want to select for their MOST RECENT donation. For example, if you want a list of people who donated last year but did not donate this year, the date range selected should be Jan 1 to Dec 31 of last year.

You can sort, filter rand review the data on this page, or copy and paste the data into a spreadsheet so you can work with it.
