If you want to use your frontend campaign web page to process actual donations on the donor's behalf, follow the instructions below carefully to avoid issues.


Entering multiple donations from the same device and IP address looks like a card testing attack, which will trigger fraud warnings and block transactions.

Do not visit the page and enter a donation using a fake email address.

This will cause FraudMod to view it as a fake donation and block it.


Terminal Mode Instructions


Log in AND use the HiRaiser URL

You can use the page to process donations, provided that:

  1. You are logged in to the HiRaiser admin on the same device/browser that you are using to enter the donations
  2. You use the HiRaiser URL for the page (NOT the custom domain) 


Verification of Login and URL
If you are successfully logged in when visiting the page via the HiRaiser URL for the page, then you will see the following messages displayed:
  1. Top of the form: Logged in as [user]
  2. Bottom of the form, below the DONATE/SUBMIT button: You are currently logged in as an Admin User

Billing Address

Address will not be required, but if your credit card gateway settings require it you must include it.


Email

Email will not be required, but if you have one for the donor you should use it so that they receive a thank you email confirmation.
