Teams Management

HiRaiser offers a user-friendly Teams dashboard to manage your campaign and your fundraisers:
  • Create Teams individually or upload them from a spreadsheet
  • Dashboard overview of all your participants/fundraisers and their progress
  • Search and sort by amount raised or percentage toward goal
  • Send emails to selected fundraisers via the HiRaiser dashboard
  • Receive email notifications whenever a team approaches its goal
  • Offline donations can be entered via dashboard or uploaded in bulk and attributed to specific Teams

Customizable Participant Fundraising Pages

You choose whether to manage participant pages or allow them to do it themselves.
The following elements can be customized for each Team/participant:
  • Personal fundraising goal

  • Public message
  • Page URL

Participant Dashboard

You choose how much access to give your participants.
Team/participants can log into HiRaiser to:
  1. View donations to their page
  2. Update their page
  3. Message donors

Events + P2P

Comprehensive application to fundraising system:
  1. Using a custom form set up via the HiRaiser dashboard, people apply to join the event/campaign (e.g., a bike-a-thon or golf tournament)
  2. You determine the approval process and steps required, including registration fee or other payments
  3. Once approved:
    a) A fundraising page is automatically created for the participant
    b) They are notified and receive the link to their fundraising page
    c) They are given access to customize their page and other HiRaiser dashboard options
